With over 20 years of experience in the space and earth observation industry, Nicole is a seasoned leader in pioneering geospatial solutions and driving product innovation. She has seamlessly integrated geospatial technology across diverse sectors and provides transparency in complex markets, contributing significantly to the advancement of geospatial technology and data analytics.At EarthDaily Federal, Nicole focuses on driving sustainable impact, leading initiatives that harness the power of geospatial technology and analytics to address complex challenges in the public sector. Additionally, Nicole is dedicated to bringing EarthDaily’s' robust commercial technology stack to government organizations, enhancing efficiency, and driving digital transformation.

Mr. Don Osborne has spent his entire career in the satellite and aerospace industry. He is a seasoned technology executive, having spent more than 30 years in the satellite, space and defence industries. Prior to joining EarthDaily, from 2009 to 2017 he was a senior executive at MDA, a Maxar Company, including as President of the MDA Information Systems Group where he was responsible for MDA’s Canadian businesses. Previously, he served as the President of Advantech Satellite Networks Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Don has also served as Vice President of EMS Technologies Inc. and Senior Vice President and General Manager for the EMS Satellite Networks group, a part of the Space & Technology/Montreal operations from 1999 to 2006. He joined EMS Technologies Inc. in January 1999, when it acquired the Spar Satellite Products business, where Don had served as Vice President of Marketing and other positions commencing in 1983 as a Mechanical Engineer. Don holds Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.

Keith has 35+ years of experience as a military, government, and private sector senior executive leader, manager, and small business owner working in geospatial intelligence and related fields. He’s a deep tech angel investor, board member, consultant, and advisor associated with myriad leading-edge companies and technologies across the entire remote sensing and downstream analytics value chain.

He's a member of the Board of Directors of Cognitive Space and Earth Daily Federal. He is a Principal on the Founding Team of the Earth Fire Alliance (EFA), helping form and guide the organization’s governance and government and industry engagements, while also contributing directly to the development of EFA’s first initiative, FireSat. FireSat is a space-based fire detection and characterization system designed specifically for wildfires which will provide timely, trustworthy wildfire activity data directly to agencies globally to better protect people and property while also contributing significantly to the advancement of fire science.

Keith began his professional journey as a US Army Infantry and Military Intelligence officer and later served as a senior executive in the Department of the Defense and the Intelligence Community. After his military and government service, he was the CEO of the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation for a decade.

He’s also a member of the Geographical and Geospatial Sciences Committee of the National Academies, the Landsat Advisory Group, a Councilor & Fellow of the American Geographical Society, and a member of the Advisory Boards of the International Spy Museum and the Global Special Operations Forces Foundation.

Chitra Sivanandam runs a technology-focused consulting firm in Northern Virginia providing support to companies developing products and services in Analytics/Data, AI, Cyber, GEOINT and other technical verticals. Her expertise ranges from business operations and venture investment to technology strategy, business development and capture. She is an industry veteran with over 25 years of supporting the Intelligence and Defense sector with a breadth of leadership experience ranging from well known industry players such as SAIC, Raytheon and In-Q-Tel to small services companies and startups. She has grown services companies of varying sizes, has founded tech and consumer startups (Rohirrim and The Craft of Brewing) and continues to foster advanced technology developing, leveraging her experience bridging the gap between private technology/solutions-oriented companies and the federal government.

Gwen Clavon is the Senior Vice President of Digital Security and Analytics (DS&A) at Amentum, where she leads the charge in expanding the company's digital security and analytics capabilities. With a mission to deliver mission-critical solutions across the Defense and Intelligence communities, Gwen is instrumental in positioning Amentum as a global leader in secure digital solutions. Her strategic vision and leadership are pivotal in driving the company's growth and innovation in this highly specialized field.

Before joining Amentum, Gwen played a significant role at Jacobs, following the acquisition of BlackLynx, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. With over three decades of experience in technology-focused roles, Gwen has a deep understanding of the complexities and demands of the Defense and Intelligence sectors. Her technical expertise spans multiple layers of the technology stack, including roles as a Certified Network Engineer, Java Developer, Systems and Software Architect. Gwen's extensive background enables her to manage both small and large operations effectively, ensuring the delivery of critical mission support to her clients.

Outside of her professional achievements, Gwen is deeply committed to community engagement. She actively participates in several STEAM and faith-based outreach organizations and is a strong supporter of venture capital efforts related to emerging technologies. Gwen's dedication to fostering innovation and supporting the next generation of technology leaders underscores her commitment to both her industry and her community.

Richard C. Davis is a highly experienced executive with 30 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity and the space industry. Mr. Davis has served as the chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Endurance from April 2021 until the completion of its Business Combination with SatixFy in October 2022. Since March 2021, he has served as a managing director of ADP. He is also a founder and managing member of ArgoSat Advisors, a premier global advisory firm focused on the space industry that was founded in 2009. Mr. Davis serves on the boards of SatixFy, EarthDaily Analytics Corp., EarthDaily Constellation Group Inc., Constellation Acquisition Corp., AscendArc and EarthDaily Federal. Prior to ArgoSat, Mr. Davis was president and CFO for ProtoStar, a communications satellite operator which raised over $500 million and launched two DTH satellites over Asia. Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis was a private equity investor Principal at VantagePoint Venture Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm with $4 billion of assets under management. His focus was on media/telecom as well as semiconductors/semiconductor capital equipment. Before that he was a vice president and founding member of the Lehman Brothers Communication Fund which was an $800 million private equity fund focused on communications infrastructure investments. In these roles, Mr. Davis was involved in equity and debt investments, asset acquisitions and dispositions and mergers and other Business Combinations or spin-offs for approximately two dozen companies in various investment lifecycle stages. Mr. Davis started his corporate finance career as an associate at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Davis was formerly an instructor pilot in the United States Air Force. He received his B.S. in Astrophysics (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota, and his MBA from the University of Virginia.
